Gemiler stabilite ve dengeyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in k\u0131y\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinden balast suyu al\u0131rlar. Ancak bu su, bakteriler, vir\u00fcsler ve \u00e7e\u015fitli deniz t\u00fcrlerinin larvalar\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli mikroorganizmalar\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Gemiler var\u0131\u015f yerlerinde balast suyunu bo\u015faltt\u0131klar\u0131nda, bu organizmalar yeni ortamlara yerle\u015ferek s\u0131kl\u0131kla \u00f6nemli ekolojik ve ekonomik zararlara neden olabilirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Bu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in Uluslararas\u0131 Denizcilik \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (IMO), 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda Balast Suyu Y\u00f6netimi (BWM) S\u00f6zle\u015fmesini kabul etti. 8 Eyl\u00fcl 2017'de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme, gemilerin balast suyunun yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in balast sular\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netmeleri gerekti\u011fini zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. istilac\u0131 t\u00fcrler. D\u00fczenlemeler, balast suyu de\u015farjlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evreye, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, mallara veya kaynaklara risk olu\u015fturmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Balast Suyu Y\u00f6netimine \u0130li\u015fkin IMO D\u00fczenlemeleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-black-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2017 \u00d6ncesi: D1 Standard\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">BWM S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesinden \u00f6nce gemiler D1 standard\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131. Bu standart, gemilerin balast suyunun en az 'ini okyanus ortas\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirmesini gerektiriyordu. Buradaki fikir, k\u0131y\u0131 suyunu okyanus ortas\u0131ndaki suyla de\u011fi\u015ftirmenin, k\u0131y\u0131 organizmalar\u0131n\u0131n yeni ortamlara ta\u015f\u0131nma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltaca\u011f\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2017 Sonras\u0131: D2 Standard\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 2017'de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesinden sonra gemilerin art\u0131k D2 standard\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu standart daha kat\u0131d\u0131r ve balast suyundaki zararl\u0131 organizmalar\u0131 yok etmek i\u00e7in onayl\u0131 BWTS\/BWMS'nin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lar. D2 standard\u0131, tahliye edilen balast suyunda izin verilen maksimum canl\u0131 organizma miktar\u0131n\u0131 belirtir ve gemilerin bu kriterleri kar\u015f\u0131layan sistemlere sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde neredeyse t\u00fcm gemiler, D2 standard\u0131na uyum sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde BWTS\/BWMS ile donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, g\u00fcvenli ve \u00e7evre dostu balast operasyonlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir.
